Welcome to Brain Games for Adults. These Terms of Service and End User License Agreement ("Agreement") govern your access to and use of the Brain Games for Adults mobile application ("App"), developed and published by ET TAMMAR Med.
By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the App, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not install or use the App.
You must comply with all applicable laws when using the App. If you are below the legal age required to enter into contracts in your country, your parent or legal guardian must accept these Terms on your behalf.
Subject to this Agreement, ET TAMMAR Med grants you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable, non-transferable license to install and use the App solely for your own personal and non-commercial entertainment purposes.
This license does not transfer ownership of the App or any intellectual property.
You agree that you will not:
Brain Games for Adults provides brain-training activities including memory games, logic puzzles, math exercises, reaction tests, concentration games, achievements, daily challenges and additional features.
Features may change without notice as we continue improving the App.
Some content may require an active subscription or one-time purchase. Payments are processed exclusively through Apple's App Store.
All software, code, graphics, illustrations, icons, sounds, animations, game mechanics, logos, trademarks, text, databases, designs and other content remain the exclusive property of ET TAMMAR Med or its licensors.
No ownership rights are transferred to users.
We may release updates, improvements, bug fixes, performance enhancements or entirely new features. Certain updates may be mandatory to continue using the App.
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the App you agree to the collection and processing of information described in that policy.
The App may integrate third-party services including but not limited to:
These services operate under their own privacy policies and terms.
We strive to provide reliable service but do not guarantee that the App will always be available or free from interruptions. Maintenance, server outages or technical problems may temporarily affect access.
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT OR ERROR-FREE OPERATION.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ET TAMMAR MED SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, ARISING FROM THE USE OF THE APP.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ET TAMMAR Med, its employees and partners against claims, damages, losses and expenses arising from your misuse of the App or violation of this Agreement.
We may suspend or terminate your license immediately if you violate these Terms. Upon termination you must immediately stop using and delete all copies of the App.
This Agreement shall be governed by the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which ET TAMMAR Med operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated versions will be published on this page. Continued use of the App after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
